All successfully confirmed and fully paid apparel orders will undergo internal verification, stock sorting, quality inspection and protective packaging within 1 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and official public holidays in New Zealand. During peak sales seasons or periods of massive order surges, the standard processing cycle may be moderately prolonged. Our customer service team will issue timely notifications to clients once any notable order dispatch delays occur.

Logistics expenses for each order are calculated individually based on package weight, size and delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed and finalized on the checkout page before order confirmation. Our standard logistics service for all clothing products features an estimated delivery cycle of 15 business days after warehouse dispatch. All delivery durations are reference values only, which may fluctuate due to courier operational delays, cross-border customs clearance procedures, extreme weather, regional logistical restrictions and statutory holidays in destination regions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
